Everything in writing

Scope, ownership, reporting, and the profit share are spelled out in your partnership agreement. Read every term before you deploy capital.

What fully managed covers

Incentives that line up

Our profit share only starts after you have fully recouped your initial capital deployment. We are paid when the brand has already paid you back.

How recoupment-first works

Straight answers on risk

We do not guarantee results, and we say so up front. Revenue takes three to six months to build, and a structured exit plan exists for brands that underperform.

The complete operating ecosystem

Every function a working eCommerce brand needs, handled by one team, under one operating framework.

Brand and store build

We design and structure the brand, store, product selection, supplier relationships, payment processing, and fulfillment from the ground up, built for clarity, conversion, and long-term performance.

Creative and testing

Revenue architecture

We structure pricing, offers, and purchase paths to maximize value per customer while supporting long-term retention.

Retention operations

We manage the customer touchpoints that drive repeat purchases and long-term engagement.

Ongoing management

Supplier management, customer service infrastructure, reporting, and strategic decisions, day to day. You receive monthly updates and retain full ownership.

Clear lines

You own the asset. Our team runs the operation.

The most common question we get is who actually does the work. Here is the split, in plain terms. Every partner brand runs on the same centralized framework our team has refined since 2017.

Partner-owned

What you own

Partner-owned assets, not licensed from us.

  • The brand
  • The storefront
  • The customer list
  • The supplier relationships

You receive: a monthly report on the 15th, a recorded review call, and your payouts once due. Our profit share starts only after you recoup.

Know what you are evaluating

What Cart Capital is, and what it is not.

This industry is full of programs that look similar on the surface. Here is exactly where we stand.

Cart Capital is

  • An operator partnership. Our team builds the brand and runs the operation.
  • A partner-owned asset. The brand, storefront, customer list, and supplier relationships are yours.
  • Performance-based. Our profit share starts only after you recoup your initial capital deployment.
  • Selective. We work with a limited number of qualified partners at a time.

Cart Capital is not

  • A course, coaching program, or mentorship.
  • A business opportunity or get-rich-quick program.
  • A guarantee of revenue, profit, or a specific timeline.
  • The right fit if you want to be involved in daily operations.

Straight answers

The hard questions, answered on video.

The same questions every potential partner asks before a call, starting with the skeptical ones. Each answer runs two to three minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a course, coaching, or a service?

None of those. Cart Capital is an operator partnership. We build the brand and run the operation. You own the asset and receive monthly updates.

What do I actually own?

The brand, the storefront, the customer list, and the supplier relationships. These are partner-owned assets, not licensed from us.

When does the profit share start?

Only after you have fully recouped your initial capital deployment. Until then, our team is not taking a share.

What if the brand does not recoup?

Every partnership has an agreed window. If recoupment has not occurred within it, a structured exit plan is available. The terms are discussed with our team because they depend on your capital position and timeline.

How much capital is required?

Partners need available capital of $30K or more, part of which funds advertising.

How long until revenue?

Launch happens within 30 days of onboarding. Revenue takes three to six months to build.

How involved do I need to be?

Not in daily operations. You receive monthly reporting and are consulted on strategic decisions.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Cart Capital makes no guarantees regarding revenue, profitability, or timelines. Some brands underperform for reasons outside anyone's control. The recoupment-first structure and the exit plan exist because of that.
